Description: 0657, also known as the Camera Man, is an anomaly with near pitch-black skin, with pointed limbs. 0657 most notable feature is the polaroid camera for a head. The Camera, when flashes, emits a bright flash of purplish light that seems to have unnatural or supernatural powers of its own.

Abilities: 0657 has many abilities that are way above other anomalies in the level of power they have. One of 0657's abilities is the ability to teleport not only to different locations but to different planes of existence and alternate realities, for seemingly no reason but to observe. This is the reason that 0657 is also known as the Observer. The camera flash of 0657 has the power to freeze anyone, still-as-stone, if they catch even a glimpse of its light. Fortunately, this effect of the flash is not permanent, and it's very unlikely that 0657 will use the ability. We know this because, after much research was conducted at a research site in Minnesota owned by [REDACTED], we can conclude that 0657 only uses its flash ability if it feels threatened or if someone gets too close.

The head of 5896 is about the size of a basketball which happens to be about 9 to 10 inches. 5896 is similar to 0063 without the abilities of 0063. 5896 also is completely blind, often using echolocation and feeling the vibrations of sound to find its way.
